The Kwikstage is shot blasted to remove all paint, concrete and rust. The next stage of the process is the straightening of the Kwikstage and the removal and replacement of all damaged parts. The final stage is the dip painting of the Kwikstage to leave a long lasting protective coating. Your own corporate identity colour can be added if required.
Straightened then placed in a jig so the Steelstage is pre-formed avoiding stress on the welded end plate.
The fittings are shotblasted to remove the rust and to easily identify damaged fittings.
The fittings are then dip painted before being transferred to the nut running machines where they are serviced and inspected.
Each fitting is then dipped in a protective anti-corrosion oil before being placed into bins for despatch. A bagging service is offered where the fittings can be counted into bags of 25.
Aluminium stair units & handrails straightened with damaged steps and spigots replaced with new items. All TIG welding undertaken by our experienced and qualified welders.
Shotblasted, repaired and oiled.

Stillages repaired with any corroded or missing feet replaced.
